I messaged them many times with questions, and they were patient, respectful, and always responded. Even when I felt like I was asking a lot, they treated me like family and handled everything with care. I am very pleased with the deep, classic gold tone they gave me. I was worried it would look too yellow, but they delivered exactly what I asked for. Their prices are high, but the craftsmanship and detail prove it’s worth it. I am a happy customer and will definitely return again.
