About Our Jewelry

What materials do you use? All our jewelry is crafted using 925 sterling silver or 10K gold, set with VVS moissanite or lab diamond stones. Every piece is rhodium plated for a bright white finish that lasts.

Do your stones pass the diamond tester? Yes! All our moissanite and lab diamond stones pass the diamond tester. We use only VVS clarity stones for maximum brilliance and sparkle.

What is the difference between moissanite and lab diamonds? Both are real stones that pass the diamond tester. Moissanite has more fire and brilliance than a natural diamond. Lab diamonds are chemically identical to natural diamonds but grown in a lab. Both are excellent choices for iced out jewelry.

Is your jewelry solid gold or gold plated? We offer both options. Our standard pieces are crafted in 925 sterling silver with rhodium plating. We also offer 10K solid gold options. The material is clearly mentioned on each product listing.

Custom Orders

How does the custom order process work? Our custom order process has 5 simple steps:

  1. Pay the $100 CAD design deposit
  2. Share your design idea, reference images or name/logo
  3. We create a 3D CAD design and share it with you for approval
  4. Once approved, we begin production
  5. After quality check, we ship your piece with tracking

How long does a custom order take? Custom orders typically take 2-3 weeks for production after CAD approval, plus shipping time of 7-14 business days depending on your location.

Can I make changes to the CAD design? Yes! We share the CAD design with you before starting production. You can request changes until you are completely happy with the design.

What information do I need to provide for a custom order? Depending on your piece, you may need to provide:

  • Name, initials or logo for name pendants
  • Reference images for custom designs
  • Ring size for rings
  • Preferred metal and stone type
  • Any specific dimensions or preferences

What is the minimum deposit for a custom order? We require a $100 deposit to begin the CAD design process. This amount is deducted from your total order price.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship worldwide? Yes! We ship to over 31 countries worldwide with free standard shipping on all orders.

How long does shipping take? Standard international shipping takes 7-15 business days. Express shipping takes 3-7 business days. Please note that custom orders require 2-3 weeks production time before shipping.

Will I get a tracking number? Yes! Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Are there any customs or import fees? International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a custom personalized order? No. All personalized custom orders are final sale due to their unique nature.

Can I return a non-personalized order? Yes. Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Returns are accepted for defective or incorrect items only — not for change of mind or wrong size ordered by the customer.

What if my item arrives damaged? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at support@twoyoungz.com or WhatsApp +918758742085. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What payment methods do you accept? We currently accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards through our secure checkout.

Are your prices in USD? Yes, all prices on our website are listed in USD.

Is the $100 deposit refundable? The deposit is non-refundable once the CAD design process has begun.
