Return & Refund Policy

Personalized Custom Orders

All personalized custom made pieces (custom name, design, symbol, or any personal modification) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.


Non-Personalized Orders

For non-personalized items (standard designs made to order), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions.

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Wrong size ordered by customer's mistake
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

We DO accept returns for:

  • Item received damaged or defective
  • Item received is different from what was ordered
  • Manufacturing defects

Once approved, we will send you detailed return instructions. ⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos at:

We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.


European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, provided the item is unused, unworn and in original condition.


Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 2 business days.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing takes up to 10 business days
  • Your bank may take additional time to post the refund
