A statement piece built around one of the most powerful symbols in jewelry — an anatomical heart pierced through by an ornate dagger.

This custom pendant features a fully three-dimensional anatomical heart covered in an intricate pavé stone setting, contrasted with raised vascular detailing and carefully placed colored accent stones throughout the design.

The heart is paired with an elaborately sculpted dagger featuring floral-inspired detailing across the handle and crossguard, creating a dramatic two-tone composition from top to bottom.

Rather than creating a flat heart-shaped plate, we designed this piece with substantial depth, curvature and individually sculpted anatomical details to give it the presence of a miniature wearable sculpture.

The heart itself has been sculpted to recreate the organic proportions and contours of an anatomical heart rather than a conventional heart symbol.

Raised rose-gold-tone arteries travel across the iced surface, while blue, pink and other colored stones are scattered throughout the piece to create contrast against the white stones.

Larger colored stones are incorporated into prominent anatomical features, including the vessels at the upper portion of the heart.

The dagger continues through the complete composition, with the blade visibly extending below the heart for a dramatic pierced-heart appearance.

The ornate handle provides an entirely different character from the heart, combining polished white metal, floral engraving and individually set stones.
