Minor customization of the portrait, character, name, symbols, colors and design elements is included.

A substantially larger pendant, multiple characters, significantly increased thickness, additional moving/dangling components, or a much more complex design may require an additional charge.

Once we receive your order and reference images:

• Preliminary CAD design is normally prepared within 2–4 business days
• Up to 2 minor design variations are included
• We will send the CAD for your review before production
• Final CAD will show the stone placement and finished design details
• Additional major revisions may be charged at $50 per revision

Production begins only after the final design is approved.

Our standard version is crafted in solid 925 sterling silver.

For Moissanite orders, we use premium D Color VVS1 Moissanite that produces exceptional fire and brilliance and passes standard diamond testers.

Colored accents, when requested, are created using lab-created gemstones or CZ depending on the design.

We can also manufacture this pendant in:

Our standard pendant plating uses a nickel undercoat. A palladium undercoat can be provided at no additional cost upon request.

A standard-sized bail is included.

Shipping is handled through UPS and generally takes approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Because every portrait pendant is individually designed and manufactured specifically for the buyer, personalized pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

Manufacturing defects are covered under our 90-day warranty.

Accidental damage, normal wear and plating wear are not covered.

If there is ever a manufacturing issue, please contact us and we will work with you toward an appropriate repair or replacement.
