Each pendant is individually designed and manufactured rather than mass produced.

1. Place your order and provide your customization details.

2. Send us reference photographs, logos, sketches or landmark images through Etsy Messages.

3. We will review your requirements and confirm the intended design.

4. A custom 3D CAD model will be prepared according to the approved concept.

5. Once the design is finalized, your pendant moves into production, stone setting, polishing and plating.

Because detailed landmark pendants contain many individually modeled components, some small design adjustments may be required during CAD development to maintain structural strength and proper stone setting.

• Do not use abrasive polishing compounds on plated surfaces

Large statement pendants contain many individually set stones and detailed components, so careful handling is recommended.

This is a fully custom-made product.

Typical production time: approximately 2–3 weeks after all design details are confirmed.

Orders are generally shipped using UPS Worldwide Expedited.

Estimated transit time after dispatch: approximately 5–7 business days.

For U.S. orders, applicable import duties are prepaid by us whenever shipped under our DDP service, so there should be no additional import duty collected from you at delivery.

Adult signature may be required for higher-value shipments.

Because this item is personalized and manufactured specifically for you, it is considered a custom-order product and is generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
