The pendant features closely arranged round-cut moissanite in a pavé setting across its angular surfaces and sidewalls.

The recessed divisions create contrast between the stone-covered sections, highlighting the cracked effect and giving the design its three-dimensional character.

Stone sizes and placement are adjusted to suit each section of the letter. The grooves remain visible as intentional design details.

The cracked appearance is part of the design and does not indicate damage. The sections form one pendant and are not intended to separate.

After your order is placed:

• Preliminary CAD is normally prepared within 2–4 business days.
• The first CAD may be shown without stones so you can review the letter shape, cracked pattern, dimensions, bail, and proportions.
• Up to 2 minor design variations are included.
• After the basic design is approved, we prepare the final CAD showing the stone arrangement.
• Production begins only after your final CAD approval.

Additional revisions beyond the included changes may be charged at $50 per revision.

If you require a completely different font, design concept, significantly increased thickness, or major structural changes, please message us before ordering so we can confirm whether additional charges apply.

Your pendant will be designed within the approximate size selected from the listing.

Please note that every letter has different proportions.

For example:

• I or J may naturally be narrower
• M or W may naturally be wider
• O or Q include enclosed internal openings
• S or C require curved sections and a different cracked layout

Because of these differences, the exact width, stone coverage, and arrangement of the sculpted sections will vary, even when the overall height remains similar.

Please review the dimensions shown in your CAD before approving production.

A proportional stone-set bail is included with the pendant.

If you already own a chain and need the pendant to fit it, please send us:

We can increase or decrease the bail size at no additional charge when confirmed during the CAD stage.
