This design features a rectangular plaque with a densely stone-set background, dimensional lettering and a border of larger round stones. Polished metal outlines help define the lettering against the sparkling surface.

The pictured pendant includes a broken-heart bail filled with mixed-shape stones. A polished zigzag split runs through the heart, adding a distinctive detail above the rectangular pendant.

Personalized lettering extends along the sides, including “TIME IS MONEY” and “PATIENCE IS KEY” on the pictured piece. These details allow your pendant to carry meaningful words beyond its front design.

For logos, please send a clear reference image through Etsy messages before purchasing. If you would like to change the broken-heart bail, share your preferred shape or idea so we can discuss the design.

Please also provide your chain’s width and thickness so we can confirm the bail opening needed for a suitable fit.

The final layout, letter proportions and stone placement will be adapted to your chosen design. We will share the CAD design for approval before production begins.

We ship our jewelry through UPS and provide tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

All shipments require an adult signature at delivery. Please provide your phone number when placing your order so the courier can contact you if needed.

Custom production generally takes approximately 2–3 weeks after design approval, before shipment. The timeline for more complex designs will be confirmed during your consultation.

If you need your pendant by a particular date, please message us before ordering so we can discuss the available options.

Our jewelry is handmade in India by skilled craftsmen, with attention given to every stage of production, from CAD designing and casting to stone setting, polishing and final finishing.

Each pendant is individually made according to your approved design and selected specifications. The raised lettering, detailed sides and custom bail create a personal piece with depth from multiple angles.

Personalized and custom-made pieces are not eligible for returns or refunds due to a change of mind. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.
