This round medallion features a shaped portrait centerpiece, an iced-out background, a raised sparkling border, and sculpted rose-tone bird detailing. An ornate bail featuring pear-shaped stones completes the design.

Made to order with your chosen photograph and personalized details. Production begins after final CAD approval. Pendant only; chains are sold separately.

Our moissanite passes standard thermal diamond testers; moissanite is a gemstone distinct from diamond. Grading certificates are not included.

Plated silver pendants use a nickel undercoat by default. If you have a nickel sensitivity, please request our complimentary palladium undercoat alternative before production.

The pendant shown is an example of a completed custom order. Your piece will be personalized with your photograph and the details agreed upon for your order.

• Use your own portrait or meaningful photograph.
• Request initials, a name, dates, or a short tribute.
• Personalize the back with complimentary engraving.
• Discuss changes to the pendant size, finish, decorative details, or bail.
• Request an additional photo on the back for $50, subject to the approved layout.

Your front photo is part of this pendant’s design. The additional $50 charge applies only to an optional back photo.

For other metal or stone options, message us for a custom order quote. Changes to size, materials, or design complexity may affect the price.

❖ HOW TO ORDER & CAD APPROVAL ❖

1. Select your preferred available options and place your order.
2. Send us your photograph, personalization details, and any design requests.
3. Share your chain width so we can confirm a suitable bail opening.
4. We will prepare your preliminary CAD design within approximately 2–4 business days after receiving the required details.
5. Review the design carefully and confirm the dimensions, spelling, photo layout, and decorative details.
6. Production begins after your final approval.

Two minor preliminary CAD revisions are included. Additional revisions carry a $50 fee. Major changes may require a revised quote.

Please send a clear, well-lit, high-resolution photograph. Original image files are preferred over screenshots or compressed copies. The quality of the finished photo centerpiece depends on the image provided.

❖ CARE INSTRUCTIONS ❖

• Remove your pendant before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
• Avoid perfumes, lotions, household chemicals, and prolonged moisture.
• Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth.
• Do not soak the pendant or use ultrasonic or steam cleaners on the photo centerpiece.
• Store separately to protect the photograph, finish, and stone settings.
• Handle carefully and avoid impacts or pulling on the pendant.

Plated finishes can gradually wear with use. Proper care helps preserve their appearance.

• Preliminary CAD: Approximately 2–4 business days after receiving your complete design details.
• Production: Approximately 1–2 weeks after final design approval.
• Shipping: UPS Worldwide Expedited, typically 5–7 business days after dispatch.
