Order Process
Our Grillz are crafted with precision, tailored to the exact shape of your teeth. Each tooth is individually designed for handset stones, ensuring top-tier craftsmanship and design.

We offer two order options:

1. Quick Process
→ Visit your nearest dentist to scan your teeth and provide the scan file. (Dental charges are the responsibility of the customer.)
→ Once we receive the scan, we will begin production, and your Grillz will be ready within 7 to 10 days.
→ After the Grillz are made, we’ll send you a photo for your approval.
→ Once you approve the design, we’ll ship your Grillz directly to you.

2. Slow Process
→ We will send you a mold impression kit, which you must return within 24 hours, along with the tracking details. (First kit is free.)
→ After creating the mold impression, send us a photo of the mold and your teeth.
→ We will provide a return label for the kit.
→ Once we receive the mold, we’ll begin production, and your Grillz will be ready in 7 to 10 days.
→ After completion, we’ll send you a photo for approval.
→ Upon approval, your Grillz will be shipped to your address.

Add-Ons
→ To add Perm Cut or Dip Cut, please message us after placing your order.
→ Perm Cut or Dip Cut: $80 per pair, or $40 for half a pair.
→ Grillz for missing teeth are also available.
→ Missing teeth: $25 per tooth.

Shipping
→ Custom Diamond Grillz are made to order, and production typically takes 7 to 10 days.
→ We offer free worldwide shipping, which generally takes 4 to 8 days. (We are not responsible for delays by shipping partners.)
→ Our shipping partners include FedEx, UPS, USPS, Aramex, and DHL (depending on availability).

Payment Options
→ We accept Bank Wire, PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, Payoneer, and USDT.
→ We offer a 50/50 payment plan (minimum order value: $1000).
→ The 50/50 payment plan requires a 50% deposit upon order, with the remaining 50% due before shipping.
